When registering as a new user, please enter your full legal first and last name and your license number exactly as they appear on your medical license.

Please note that only licensed physicians (MDs, DOs, DPMs, NPs, and PAs) practicing in the Seattle area are eligible to log in and cast votes. Clients, legal support staff, family members, and friends are not eligible to participate.
