When registering, register with your full legal first and last name, exactly how it appears on your medical license.  Keep in mind, only licensed Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants practicing within the Seattle area are eligible to log on and cast their votes. Patients, friends and office staff members are not eligible to participate.
